Meet Ephani

Ephani is a modular fashion label that celebrates transformation, play, and a little bit of joy in every outfit. Founded by Victoria Eviston-Putsch, a German-Irish-Canadian designer with a background in fashion design (B.A.) and styling, the brand is inspired by a life shaped by travel, creativity, and personal heritage. The name Ephani honors her late grandmother Stephanie, who gave her first sewing machine and a love for making, and the “E” from her Eviston family, whose hotel inspired the logo.
Ephani pieces are designed to shift and surprise—mini to maxi, skirt to dress, short sleeve to long—so every wearer can create their own playful, feel-good looks. Each garment carries hints of personal history, expert craftsmanship, and the thrill of transformation, bringing a little dopamine into the everyday.

The Vision

Ephani was created in response to the need for adaptability without sacrificing beauty. At its core, Ephani proposes garments as systems: a single design containing many possible lives. A dress separates into an independent top and skirt; the skirt can shift from maxi to mini, low-waist to high-waist, while the top transforms from long-sleeved to sleeveless.. Each element stands alone as a statement piece or reassembles into a unified whole. This allows the wearer to move fluidly between roles and occasions, while carrying multiple looks in a single design.

The Fabrics

Fabrics are chosen for both their tactile vitality and refined presence: luminous silks, sculptural denims, and sequined textiles that spark joy yet retain sophistication. Each garment is meticulously constructed with hidden linings, precision tailoring, and intuitive adjustability, uniting luxury with function.
